Building refurbishment gives rise to a new 4-star hotel in Cais do Sodré, Lisbon.
The project involves the refurbishment of a building with five storeys above ground and one basement level, with a floor area of approximately 6,000 m².
With 104 rooms, the future hotel will also feature a lobby, restaurant, bar, a gym and three shops on the ground floor.
Alphalink is responsible for project management and site supervision.
