Transformation of the Trindade Domus building into the Trinity Porto office building.
Partial refurbishment of the 6,578 m² commercial and office building. A complex intervention, both structurally, with the opening of skylights and the closing of slabs, and operationally, due to the intrusive intervention in a building that remained occupied throughout the work.
This building achieved BREEAM RFO – GOOD Certification with 51.4% and is currently the first building in Porto with this certification and the seventh in Portugal!
